Ordering
- Ready-to-Buy items are sold at the price shown, while supplies last.
- Custom orders start with a quote request. We review it, send you a price and a proof where needed, and only start production after you approve and pay.
- Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is charged at the rates on our Shipping & Returns page and is shown before you pay. Local pickup in Monroe, NC is free.
- Payments are processed securely by Square (or Stripe for older payment links).
Proofs and Final Sale
Please review proofs carefully, including spelling, names, dates, colors and sizes. Once you approve a proof, we make the item exactly as approved. All sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, see our Shipping & Returns page and we will make it right.
Your Artwork
- When you send us a logo, photo or design, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it.
- We may decline any request we are not comfortable producing, including copyrighted or trademarked designs used without permission.
- We may share photos of finished work in our gallery and on social media. If you would prefer we do not show your order, just tell us.
Handmade Products
Our products are made by hand. Colors on screen can look different from the finished piece, and natural materials like slate and wood vary from piece to piece.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
