What We Collect
- Order and quote details you give us: your name, email, phone number, shipping address (if you choose shipping), the items you order, and any notes.
- Artwork and photos you upload for a custom order or a review. Uploaded files are stored with our image host so we can make your order.
- Payment: payments are processed by our payment processors, Square (and Stripe for older payment links). Your card details go directly to them; we never see or store your full card number.
- Site usage: we use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which use cookies and similar technology to tell us which pages are visited and which products are viewed or added to the cart. This helps us improve the shop and reach people on Facebook and Instagram who may be interested in our work.
- Your cart and saved items are stored in your own browser so they are there when you come back.
How We Use It
- To make, deliver and support your order or quote, including order updates by email.
- To answer your questions and keep records of sales, as required for taxes and bookkeeping.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to measure our Facebook and Instagram advertising.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the shop (such as Square and Stripe for payments, our website host, image storage and email delivery, Google Analytics and Meta) and when required by law.
Your Choices
- You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. You can also manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
- To ask what information we have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email shopbbkreations@gmail.com.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
