Shipping Rates

Ready-to-Buy and custom orders use the same rates. Shipping is shown before you pay, and we currently ship within the United States.

Pickup & Delivery Times

• Local pickup: choose pickup at checkout. We message you when your order is ready and confirm a pickup time in Monroe, NC.
• Ready-to-Buy items are already made and usually ship within 1–3 business days.
• Custom orders go into production after you approve your quote and proof, and ship when they are finished.
• Most packages arrive 2–5 business days after they ship. You can follow your order on the Track Order page.

Returns: All Sales Are Final

Every BBKreations piece is made or finished by hand in small batches, and custom orders are made just for you. Because of that, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including for change of mind or sizing. Please check sizes, spelling and your proof carefully before you approve it.

If your order arrives damaged or is wrong

We will make it right. If an item arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered (wrong item, wrong size or a mistake on our side that does not match your approved proof):

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup at shopbbkreations@gmail.com or (704) 579-4583.
• Include your order number and clear photos of the item (and the packaging, if it was damaged in shipping).
• Once we review it, we will repair or replace the item, or refund it if a replacement is not possible.

Small variations in color, wood grain, slate texture and hand placement are part of handmade work and are not considered defects.
